On the 29th Oct 2008, I happen to have the chance to go and test drive the magnificent Santa-Fe together with DCM David Ng and ESM David Chin. This car is really quiet especially when you turn on the engine(not bad for a diesel version). As we enter the car it is very spacious and most of all comfortable. What please me the most is the air-con vent as it has 10 sets; 4 in front, 2 in the middle and 2 at the backseat. Not to mention the power of this car; David Ng said "His Vigo is under par"...haha.

As we start off the journey, the car seller forgot to fill in the tank; luckily we got sponsored by him to buy the fuel..hehe. After the pit stop David Chin decide to try the car; a few sudden breaks, acceleration test and giving a horn or two to non-civic minded driver was in for a catch. Nevertheless we were safely driven back to the Hyundai center.

Soon some discussions and negotiations were done among the 3 person. This car is sold at RM170,000, so if you're thinking of having a good SUV and have the money for it this could be a good upgrade.

Spirulina

After a busy week, I decided to take my wife for a day off at 1Borneo. This is like our 3rd or 4th time being there since it opened. See, that shows how busy we are..haha. Anyway, while driving there, a friend called and invited us for lunch. Luckily they are at 1Borneo as well. So we decided to have lunch at this restaurant 'Old Town'. I ordered the 'Nasi Lemak Rendang' and my wife ordered 'Prawn Mee'. As i was browsing for the drinks i was surprise to see ' Ice Blended Spirulina & Orange'. So i decided to give it a try...hope one day Elken will come up with this drink option..hehe. But sorry no pics of the food , i only shot the drink.

Happy Birthday!

Around 2.00pm today i received an sms from Crown Charles Gimbad, inviting us for a potluck style bbq at his house which started around 5.00pm onwards. At first i wanted to bring my father-in-law's famous satay but unfortunately its not available. So me & wife decide to 'tapau' some chicken wings in Kepayan and off we go to the occation. Finally got time to upload the pics to my laptop. Didn't take alot of pics that night but it was especially for the birthday boys..hehe. May all your wish come true. See you at the top!

Well, I was enjoying my time when suddenly my phone rings which means i have an sms coming in. Open it up and to my surprise it's from Elken. The staff on duty ask me to submit me & wife's pic to be added to the Elken Club Magazine(which you'll get every month upon signup as a member...full of info's on health, beauty & career). I was so excited and let my wife know about it and she was excited as well. So we called up our uplines & friend, Mr. Charles Gimbad & David Ng to ask where they have taken their pics. And they suggest to us to go to "Sweet Memories Studio" in Damai.

We straightly went to the place mention and the owner Mr. Gerry greeted us happily and ask us to posed(He's the photographer too..hehe). And above is the result...

Woot?

I'm not a fan of reading newspapers but today since I've some spare time I decide to see what's in the news. To my surprise i found this...hehe..Who says the Elken Brand is not famous.

Wake Up Call

Waaaa....I'm so sleepy! Woke up around 3AM thinking it was already 6AM. My cute daughter was crying for her milk. Usually when i go to sleep no one will disturb me. But this one, a really different case..haha..So it took me up to 4AM-4.30AM to get back to sleep. Now having this written, think i'm going to take a short nap before heading to the goat farm. Later.
